REGISTER FOR 2026 | Everybody Dance Now

I would like to pay tuition fees via:

Direct Debit every Monday (Add $1 direct debit fee per transaction)

Upfront term payment via cash, EFT or credit card

Our 2026 Dance Season runs from Monday 9 February until Thursday 26 November (excluding school & public holidays). When a dancer enrols at Everybody Dance Now, it is with the expectation that they are joining us for the full dance season

The 2026 Annual Registration Fee is $40 per dancer which includes admin set up fees & insurance, due when registering

Weekly lessons are $20 per class inc GST & invoiced by the school term. Payments can be made via weekly direct debit or upfront by the school term via cash, EFT or credit card. Your spot in class is only confirmed once your invoice or direct debit agreement is finalised

Once paid, tuition fees cannot be refunded, credited or transferred for change of mind. Once finalised, Direct Debit agreements cannot be cancelled before the end of the school term. Dancers are encouraged to see their commitment through

It is assumed that when you register with us you will be participating in our end-of-year concert, as this is what every class works towards. Our concert is Saturday 28 November at Yuin Theatre, Bay Pavilions, Batemans Bay.

End-of-year concert fees are due by 1 May for all school aged dancers. Concert fees are due by 1 July for all pre-schooler dancers. Once paid, concert fees cannot be refunded, credited or transferred for change of mind. Concerts are a team commitment & dancers are encouraged to support their classmates & teacher by seeing their commitment all the way through

Every style of dance you enrol in (with the exception of Acrobatic Arts) learns a routine for the concert, dancers must be prepared to learn & remember multiple routines if multiple dance styles are selected

Our classes are progressive & progress cannot be made without consistency: dancers are expected to attend every lesson if they wish to retain their spot in class & participate in the concert

Dancers must purchase & wear the correct studio uniform & shoes to every class (all available from our dance store in reception) Hair must be neatly groomed in a ballet bun, with no loose hair falling out to cause distraction

Every class begins strictly on time. Your teachers warm up instructions at the start of class are extremely important, they are essential to prevent injuries & dancers must be present to hear them. Arriving after start time is disruptive to the whole class & puts the dancer at risk of injury. One-off lateness is understandable but you cannot retain your spot in class with repetitive lateness

All parents are required to join TEAM APP, our studio communication app, this is where ALL information is posted. No SMS are sent & the only emails you receive will be invoices & a Welcome email. Parents are responsible for checking each notification, Everybody Dance Now will not be held responsible if you miss anything.
