Having grown up in the dance industry, she understands first hand how incorrect training in young bodies produces life long injuries - injuries that are 100% preventable with correct dance training. Industry knowledge has come a long way since ballistic stretching & overstretching, & thanks to her continued education over the years, Miss Sarah is at the top of her game when it comes to safely educating the next generation of dancers. Injuries do not need to be “part of the industry". When you join her dance family, you will understand this is one of her biggest core values.

Miss Sarah opened Everybody Dance Now in 2020 & built it from the ground up with just 30 dancers in the first annual concert. Many of those dancers are still training with Miss Sarah, proving the fun & professional dance environment she creates is one to commit to.
