Barre Attack is a complete barre fitness class combining the best of pilates, fitness & ballet.

Using the ballet barre, resistance bands, hand weights & pilates balls it incorporates standing pilates with cardio intervals, core work & functional exercises.

This flowing class format creates a total body workout which is fun & easy to follow.

Adult Ballet

Whether you were a ballerina as a child or looking to take up this beautiful dance form as an adult - we have the class for you!

Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.



18 yrs+

Clubbercise® is a fun, easy-to-follow dance workout taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks.

Set to a soundtrack of club anthems from the 90's to today's hits, Clubbercise brings a night out to your workout.

A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.


Adult Tap

16 yrs+

No dance experience or co-ordination necessary to have fun in adult tap class!

From "what's a shuffle?" to "just call me Gene Kelly" this class caters for those who have never set foot in a tap class, all the way to those who grew up in tap shoes.
